4. Gift Cards
Our gift cards:
- Are valid for 12 months from purchase
- May be used as full or part payment for food and drink at The Hengist
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, set menus, or discount codes
- Cannot be redeemed on the following dates or periods: New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or throughout the month of December
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are non-refundable
- Must be presented at time of use
- Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use (subject to these terms)
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced
- Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time
5. Member Offers
Member offers:
- Are subject to availability
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- May be changed or withdrawn at any time
- Require valid membership
6. Reservations
When making reservations:
- You must provide accurate information
- We may require a deposit for large groups
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late arrivals may result in loss of table
